Who's earning
Buyers and sellers ask for contractor recommendations on every transaction.
One realtor refers 3 painting jobs/month → ~$450/mo extra.
Clients trust you. The contractors you already recommend should be paying you for it.
Refer one kitchen reno that closes → ~$500–$1,500.
Plumber referring HVAC, electrician referring solar, gutter installer referring roofs. Cross-trade work is daily.
Bundle 5 cross-referrals/month → ~$1,000–$2,500.
Property managers. Supply-house counter staff. Neighborhood Facebook admins. Past clients with friends.
Casual side income that compounds as your network grows.

Common questions
Depends on the contractor's commission rate, which they set themselves. Typical ranges: $50–200 per service-call referral, $200–800 per HVAC/electrical install, $500+ per remodel or roof. We've seen partners do anywhere from $200/month casually to $5,000+/month with a real network.
When the contractor marks the job won and approves your commission. Most do this within a few days of the client paying them. Once approved, Stripe transfers to your bank — usually arrives next business day.
No. You're not a salesperson, contractor, or representative — just connecting people who need work with people who do it. Anyone can be a partner.
ReferralWise tracks everything but doesn't guarantee commission payments — that obligation is between you and the contractor. Stick with contractors you actually know and trust. The good ones build their reputation by paying fast.
No subscription cost ever. The only thing taken is a small platform fee deducted from each commission to cover Stripe processing. Net amount you receive is shown in every payout breakdown — no surprises.
Not at all. Some of the best partners have zero trade background — realtors, property managers, designers, and well-connected community members who hear about projects daily.
Yes. Be a partner for as many as you want — different trades, different cities, no caps. Each relationship is tracked separately, with separate referral links and commissions.
